Return and Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

Exchange are allowed only within 30 days if the hair is shedding badly or is matted when the hair is received. The hair cannot be used/worn.

We hope to continue being your provider when considering virgin hair extensions, closures, and other hair care needs.
